1. Use of Cataliq

Cataliq is provided as an AI-assisted learning and productivity platform. You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly, and not to misuse the product, other user accounts, or the platform infrastructure.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address current.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless you report unauthorized access promptly.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cataliq to:

• Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or overload the service
• Bypass account, rate-limit, billing, or access controls
• Use the platform in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights

4. AI Output

Cataliq uses AI systems that can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated output. You remain responsible for reviewing responses before relying on them for academic, financial, legal, medical, or other high-stakes decisions.

5. Billing and Access

Some Cataliq features may require payment. When payment features are enabled, access, renewals, partner-managed subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are governed alongside the published refund policy and the plan settings shown in the app.

• Direct purchases are activated after payment verification.
• Agent-managed purchases and support obligations may be handled through the associated agent relationship.
• Operational payment processing depends on supported gateways being available and approved.

6. Service Changes

Cataliq may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We may also update pricing, plan structure, or operational limits with prospective effect.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to address abuse, security issues, policy violations, non-payment, or operational risk. Where practical, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cataliq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, output accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.
